This Privacy Policy applies to the Focus Flow mobile application and related services operated by CIRCUS ANTICS LTD (the “Service Provider”).
Information and how it is used
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking.
Location
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Third parties
Because the Application does not collect information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.
Your opt-out rights
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes it from your device.
If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting saira4qureshi@gmail.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
If personal information is voluntarily provided by other means by someone under the applicable age, a parent or guardian must provide consent where required by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure is limited. No security system is completely secure, however, and the Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any information it holds.
Data breach notification
If a breach occurs involving information that you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, you will be notified where required by applicable law.
Data Retention
The Application does not retain personal information collected through normal app use because it does not collect such information.
Information you voluntarily provide to the Service Provider outside the Application is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate business interests.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of personal information that you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider by emailing saira4qureshi@gmail.com.
Where applicable, the Service Provider will delete or anonymise the information unless retention is required by law.
Changes to this policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date. Where required by law, consent will be requested before material changes take effect.
